Field Engineer

MT Field Engineers make up a worldwide network to support custmers on board their vessels and fix failures related to VSAT, FBB, IRIDIUM or SBM certifications, in the shortest possible time.

The Field Engineer carry out analysis of system performance, diagnosis of component or system faults and corrective maintenance of VSAT system and components. Perform installation of new VSAT systems.

NOC Engineer
The NOC Engineer represents MT's primary interface to customers.
The NOC Engineer archestrates and leads the service provisioning process, coordinating physical service implementation, performing logical configurations, working with customers to support remote networks and VSAT (and other services) activation and providing technical expertise to ensure a quality handoff of the service to the customer.
The NOC team is responsible of an end-to-end service deployment, the monitoring and maintenance of both customer's remote networks and MT integrated platform that supports satellite networks and customer's business critical systems.

Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for Drives Service products customers and business partners . Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Service team by reacting to customer inquiries.

•Delivering effective solutions to customers with queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
•Monitoring the status of services.
•Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
•Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
•Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.

Your background

•An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
•Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service.
•Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
•A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
•Strong written and spoken communication skills.
