About Milano Teleport

Milano Teleport was the first Italian private satellite organization following the late '90s Telecom deregulation. In 1997, Milano Teleport immediately started deploying its own infrastructures. The company offered not only Radio-TV broadcasting through a Eutelsat digital transponder on HOT BIRD premium position at 13° East, but also the first state-of-the-art state data networking activities.

Today Milano Teleport S.p.A. operates the largest independent teleport in Italy and its business spans from DTH TV broadcasting to Broadband Wireless and Maritime services worldwide. Still headquartered in Milan with technical offices and Earth Stations, the company maintains offices in Venice (Italy) and a commercial presence in Rome. For the Media & Broadcast Industry, Milano Teleport provides Satellite Services Worldwide (DTH, Contribution Links, Turn Around Services and Video over IP Connections) leveraging its modern Uplink Facility and its massive fiber connections with European main carriers.
