The heart of MT is its Control Room which provides proactive customer support throughout the service. Operating 24/7, it is manned by professional operators who know each customer’s specific characteristics.

The Control Room controls:
  • the NOC, consisting of specialist VSAT operators, equipped with advanced telecommunications control solutions

  • the network of Field Engineers carrying out installations, surveys and maintenance worldwide

  • the Technical Account Managers (TAM) dedicated to each customer

  • the IOT systems, tailored to individual customer needs
